All products ship with USPS from Beaverton, Oregon within the continental United States plus Alaska and Hawaii. Orders will ship 1-2 business days after purchase.

Refund Returns:
We want you to remain a happy customer and enjoy the products you purchase from us. Our products are designed with care and genuine passion and are intended to provide many years of lasting enjoyment.
If you wish to return something for any reason, please contact us first to let me know. We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we will refund the entire purchased item. The shipping charges, both outgoing from us and the shipping return, will not be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product in the mail, or one that contains a defect, please contact me as soon as possible to remedy the situation. If we are unable to offer a replacement, we will provide a full product refund including all the related shipping costs.
We do not offer exchanges on purchased items.
