All the products in my store have been handmade with care and genuine passion.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return items to the store within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. The products returned must be received in their original condition.
Please let us know within 30 days of purchase if your items have arrived damaged or are defective. Normal wear and tear usage does not apply to exchanges or refunds. We will let you know how to arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you. You can reasonably expect that with proper care these items will provide years of enjoyment.
You can easily create an optional customer account (click on the ‘Sign-In’ navigation link next to the Cart link) either at the time of purchase or any time when convenient to do so. Creating a customer account simplifies the checkout process on future orders and also provides a convenient transaction history. With an account, you can also choose to securely save your credit card information that is stored only with the financial service company (Stripe or Paypal) that manages the transaction. We do not have access to your credit card information beyond the last 4 numbers for verification purposes.
