What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the original order date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition. It can be opened and repackaged, but it must be well-packed and show no signs of wear and tear so it can be resold as new. Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs, including the original delivery or the return shipping to our Beaverton, Oregon location.

What should I do if there is a quality defect?

If you discover a quality defect, please notify us immediately upon receiving the item. If you return the defective item within 30 days of the order date, we will refund the full purchase price, including all related shipping charges. For returns, please use USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class.

Are the ceramic bowls and platters safe for food use?

Yes, all our ceramic products are food grade and safe for eating purposes.

How are your prints packaged for shipping?

Our fine art paper prints are protected with an acid-free backing and enclosed in an acid-free clear plastic sleeve. They are shipped in a flat, protective envelope using USPS Priority Mail to destinations within the US.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship to international destinations.
