Hams and Bacon on the Brick Wall

As a personal observation, we humans tend not to age nearly as well as brick and metal. I love the color of aged brick and the rust patina on metal, I take pictures constantly of these kinds of surfaces. To me, they are the people’s faces of the inanimate world.

About My Prints:  I use only Canon Lucia inks for printing which are archival.  In addition to the printing papers, any future matting and framing materials used, if archival too (with reasonable care), will last 100 years or more. The papers I use almost exclusively are Canson Fine Art Papers and also do not contain brightening agents that decay over time.  For this image, the paper I used is the Canson Rag Photographique, a super smooth, soft surface that enhances its ethereal quality.
