Radiation Levels Are Back To Normal

This picture was taken outside Ashland, Oregon as the sun was going down. The cloud is the whole picture, everything else to me is just backdrop. The cloud is the monologue of the actor on stage with the spotlight directed upon them. I decided to depart from reality to emphasize the cloud and perhaps to make a little bit of a political statement.

Although I went beyond the strict natural realm of normal sight, there’s still an authentic sense of light that emits from the cloud. I really just wanted to tone down everything else to bring the cloud and its light to center stage for dramatic effect.
