This is an unique flower vase that will make a special gift. The 9” tall, colorful porcelain vase handsomely showcases a variety of flowers.
I formed the shape by creating a ceramic collage using abstract mono-prints made with porcelain slabs. Then, added leaf imprints before applying additional color. The top was originally enclosed then pierced to form a flower brick for placing individual flower stems.
Hand built from a mid-range porcelain clay body, mono-printed, pierced, etched and fired twice. All my ceramic products are handmade in small batches, often sold as one-of-a-kind pieces.
