Bantam Chicken, Jesse
Jesse isn’t quite sure if he’s a rooster or a hen but nonetheless he always has you in sight and wonders what you’re up to. And, it goes both ways – you sometimes may be wondering what Jesse’s up to too! This Bantam chicken is very entertaining, as most chickens are.
After creating the body, the chicken is dipped in white slip, etched, and dried before going through two firings. Finally, each receives a light sanding – what chicken doesn’t like a dust bathe?! – to create a smooth bottom.
6.5″ x 2″ x 4″ (LWH) approximate dimensions.
All my ceramic chickens are made in small batches and are sold as one-of-a-kind products.
