Porcelain Sake Bottle with 2 Sake Cups

This porcelain sake bottle and set of two cups are handmade. Slabs of clay are rolled, cut, crafted together, etched, and glazed 3 separate times.

The decoration represents stems of rice, one of the main ingredients in the making of sake. Around the neck of the bottle is a thin layer of porcelain which personifies a traditional Japanese obi sash.

All my ceramic products are made in small batches, often sold as one-of-a-kind products. The glazes are lead-free and food safe. Though dishwasher safe, for greater longevity (hopefully, to pass down to future generations), I recommended that you wash by hand after each use.

Dimensions (LWH):

Each cup holds about 1 ounces of liquid.

Both cups weigh 5 oz. each.

The bottle measures 1.5″ x 2.75” x 6”

The complete set (with bottle) weighs 21 oz.

The Sake bottle holds 4 ounces of liquid.
