Marley is a friend for life. She’s always following you around, getting underfoot, nibbling those greens you just picked from the garden and any other treats she can find. She’s a real joy!
The primary tools I use in creating each piece are my hands. After creating the body, the chicken is dipped in white slip, etched, and dried before going through two firings. Finally, each receives a light sanding – what chicken does’t like a dust bathe?! – to create a smooth bottom.
